SNEAK PEEK: Funky Fish Houses.
Grandeur/The News-Press
Realmark CEO Will Stout is so confident of the appeal of his Funky Fish Houses at Cape Harbour that he’s abandoning his own home to become the first resident of the Old-Florida-Stilt-home neighborhood. The development is the brainchild of Stout and friend Steve Turner, a consultant and artist, who found they shared a love for the kind of old-fashioned fishing cottages that used to dot beaches and lakes before mega-mansions dominated waterfront real estate. The development includes 19 homesites, and Realmark’s preferred builders are helping homeowners individualize their two-, three- or four-story Funky Fish Houses. The homes feature observation decks, balconies and walkways from which to enjoy the fresh air and watch the water flow by. |
